BitBee Company works with startups, established companies and enterprise teams across the Kingdom. Some engagements are fixed-scope projects; most become monthly retainers, because once a system is live it has to be looked after, and that is best done by the engineers who built it.

Single accountability, from database to support
Software is usually delivered in parts. One supplier designs it, a second builds it, a third hosts it. When something fails, accountability is unclear, and the client is left coordinating suppliers instead of running their business.
We deliver and operate every layer with the same engineers: the database, the servers, the website, the applications and the support that follows. Doffo's online store, its iPhone and Android apps and the servers beneath them were delivered by the same people.

The build is the easier half. The server it runs on, the backups, the patching and the out-of-hours calls are where projects fail once the agency has gone. We are still there for all of it.

If it needs to stay inside Saudi Arabia, it stays inside Saudi Arabia. We ask at the start, and the answer shapes how the system is built.

Where
Saudi Arabia, on Saudi time
We are based in Saudi Arabia and keep Saudi working hours. A supplier eight time zones away is asleep when your business opens and available once it has closed. Ours are the same hours as yours, in Arabic or English.
