BitBee

AI development

AI that does one job, properly.

We start by telling you whether AI is the right tool at all, because often a well-written report solves the problem faster and costs nothing per use. When it is right, it runs on your own information at a price measured per request before you commit.

Overview

AI, the way we do it

Most AI work fails in the same place: the demo answers the question once, on a laptop, with a handpicked example. Nobody asks whether it still answers correctly next month, on the real data, when the person typing is in a hurry and phrases it badly. That gap is where budgets go.

So we scope the job narrowly and honestly. One task, grounded in your own documents and records, with the cost per request known before you commit and a limit on what the system is allowed to answer at all. This is the newest of the seven things BitBee does, and no case study on this site is an AI project yet.

What's included

What you actually get

  • A clear answer first on whether AI is the right tool for the job
  • Grounded in your own documents and records, not the open internet
  • Sources cited, so an answer can be checked rather than trusted
  • A limit on what it will answer, because "I do not know" beats a confident mistake
  • Cost measured per request, with a projected monthly ceiling

How we work

Five steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    We talk

A call or a WhatsApp thread. You tell us what is not working; we tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

  2. 02

    We scope it

A written plan with what you get, what it costs and how long it takes. Fixed, so there are no surprises later.

  3. 03

    We build it

You see it as it goes, not at the end. Changes are cheap while it is still being built.

  4. 04

    We put it live

On infrastructure we set up and secure, tested before the launch date.

  5. 05

    We keep it running

Updates, monitoring and someone who answers. Most clients stay on a monthly agreement.

Questions

About ai

Do we actually need AI for this?

Often not, and we will say so. A search box, a better report or a fixed set of rules solves many of the problems AI gets suggested for, at no cost per use. We would rather establish that at the start than bill you for finding out.

Where does our data go?

Wherever you agree and nowhere else. Models can run on infrastructure we manage for you, or through a provider under a contract that forbids training on your content. If it must stay inside Saudi Arabia, say so at the start.

Has BitBee shipped an AI project?

Not among the work on this site. The data and server work underneath it we have done for years; the AI layer is newer for us, and we would rather say that than imply a case study we do not have.
