UX Design services

Work out what it should do before anyone builds it.

UX is the cheapest place to be wrong. Changing a flow in Figma costs an afternoon; changing it after it is built, tested and released costs weeks. We map the journey, draw every screen including the ones where things go wrong, and agree it before development starts.

Overview

UX Design, the way we do it

Most products fail their users in the same handful of places: a form that asks for something the person cannot know yet, a flow that assumes everything succeeds, a screen that makes sense to whoever built it. None of that is a visual problem, and no amount of polish afterwards fixes it.

So we start with what people are actually trying to do and where it currently breaks, then map the journey and draw the screens against it. In both languages from the beginning, because Arabic reading right to left changes the flow, not just the alignment.

What's included

What you actually get

  • The journey mapped before a line of code is written
  • Every screen drawn, including the error and empty states
  • Arabic and English flows designed together, not translated afterwards
  • Tested with real people where the decision is expensive enough to warrant it
  • Handed over as something developers can build from directly

How we work

Five steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    We talk

A call or a WhatsApp thread. You tell us what is not working; we tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

  2. 02

    We scope it

A written plan with what you get, what it costs and how long it takes. Fixed, so there are no surprises later.

  3. 03

    We build it

You see it as it goes, not at the end. Changes are cheap while it is still being built.

  4. 04

    We put it live

On infrastructure we set up and secure, tested before the launch date.

  5. 05

    We keep it running

Updates, monitoring and someone who answers. Most clients stay on a monthly agreement.

Questions

About ux design

Do we need this if we already know what we want?

Often the value is in the screens nobody has thought about yet: the failed payment, the empty list, the half-finished form. If those are already specified, you may not need much of this.

How is Arabic handled?

Designed alongside English from the first sketch. Right-to-left changes navigation, forms, icons and charts, and retrofitting it into a design drawn for English is where most bilingual products come apart.

Has BitBee delivered a standalone UX engagement?

Not as a named project on this site. The design work behind the products we have built is ours, but no case study here is a UX engagement on its own.
