Support services

A team on a monthly retainer. The people who built it are the people who keep it running.

A monthly agreement rather than pay-per-problem: patches applied before they become your problem, monitoring around the clock, and response times agreed up front. You reach the engineers who already know your system.

Doffo has been on a maintenance retainer since launch.

Overview

Support, the way we do it

The people who built it are the people who answer. No ticket portal and no first-line script, just a WhatsApp thread with the engineers who already know your system.

A monthly agreement covers monitoring, security patches, small changes, and a defined response when something breaks. Extended hours, with cover for emergencies.

How we work

Five steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    We talk

A call or a WhatsApp thread. You tell us what is not working; we tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

  2. 02

    We scope it

A written plan with what you get, what it costs and how long it takes. Fixed, so there are no surprises later.

  3. 03

    We build it

You see it as it goes, not at the end. Changes are cheap while it is still being built.

  4. 04

    We put it live

On infrastructure we set up and secure, tested before the launch date.

  5. 05

    We keep it running

Updates, monitoring and someone who answers. Most clients stay on a monthly agreement.

Questions

About support

What does a retainer include?

Monitoring, security and platform updates, small changes and fixes, and agreed response times. Larger new work is scoped separately so the retainer stays predictable.

What are your hours?

Extended hours on working days, with emergency cover outside them. The exact hours and response times are written into your agreement, so there is no ambiguity when it matters.

Can you support something you did not build?

Usually. We start with an audit so we know what we are taking on, then agree what we will and will not cover. Some systems need work before they can be supported properly; we will say so.

How quickly do you respond?

Depends on severity and on your agreement. Something that stops the business is treated as an emergency; a cosmetic change waits its turn. Both timings are agreed up front.
