Some of our clients came to us with no online presence at all. Building the site is half the job. Being found is the other half.
This role owns that half, for bitbee.sa and for the clients who include search in their retainer. Search itself is also changing: people increasingly ask an assistant rather than type a query, and those assistants select their sources differently. We are looking for someone who follows that closely.

What we are looking for
- Three years or more of SEO you can show results for: traffic, rankings or qualified leads, with the before and the after
- Arabic and English search, both. Arabic keyword research is its own problem and most tools are bad at it
- Technical SEO you do yourself: crawlability, page speed, structured data, and reading a Search Console report properly
- You do not buy links, and you can explain to a client why they should not either
- You can brief a developer in terms they can act on, and review the change that comes back

What you would actually do
- Own search for bitbee.sa, and for client sites where it is part of the retainer
- Keyword and intent research in both languages, and the map from those to actual pages
- Technical audits, and the ticket or pull request that fixes what the audit found
- Build links by earning them, with work worth citing
- Report monthly on results, including what did not work
